We accept cancellation requests within 30 minutes from the time of order placement, provided the restaurant has not yet started preparing your food. To be eligible for a cancellation:

If you wish to modify your order (add/remove items, change delivery address, or update special instructions), please contact our support team immediately. Modifications are only possible before the restaurant starts preparing your order.
